GDPR Compliance With LensAI
LensAI brings value to Advertisers by adhering to GDPR. As a rule, LensAI processes personal data on behalf of the Controller (Publisher, Advertising Exchange and Social Media Platform). The Controller must only use processors that are GDPR compliant.LensAI developed its own internal protocols to anonymize user data in a way that is useful for Advertisers and safe for users. For example, if the updated SDK's of LensAI Advertising Exchange Partners receive a ping that a user declined consent, they automatically anonymize Device ID and/or IP Addresses before the ad request goes to LensAI, thus making sure that no personal information is collected for analysis. Additionally, LensAI Partners (Advertising Exchanges, Publishers, Advertisers) will inform LensAI that the user declined consent as required under GDPR and declined to see targeted ads on the app or website.
