LensAI Inc. ("LensAI," "We," "Us" or "Our") designed this Privacy Policy to confirm our strong commitment to the online privacy of Internet users. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies and websites not under control of LensAI or to individuals that LensAI does not employ or supervise. At LensAI, we make sure our products and services comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. Data protection and client trust in LensAI's services are a priority to us.

What information do we collect?

At the integration phase of LensAI's Technology with Publisher, Advertising Exchange and partnered Affiliate Networks, LensAI may specify what type of personal data will be shared with LensAI via the integrations. Most partners allow the following information to be processed:
  • Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses
  • Advertising ID
  • Ad Interaction ID
  • Device Type and Its ID
  • Browser Type and Its Version
  • Browser Language
  • Data and Time of Request
  • IAB Audience Data (if available)
  • User ID
Our Technology collects keywords, words, images and video frames from public pages that Advertisers and Publishers may display on their platforms.  We may collect data through third parties. LensAI stores anonymous user data for ad targeting purposes, internal reports, analysis and service offers. LensAI may store such data for longer periods to issue invoices, generate reports, identify discrepancies, and to prevent fraud. We store such data for many reasons, but most importantly to improve our performance and maintain systems security. We anonymize data, remove part of IP-address (within 9 months)

GDPR Compliance With LensAI

LensAI brings value to Advertisers by adhering to GDPR. As a rule, LensAI processes personal data on behalf of the Controller (Publisher, Advertising Exchange and Social Media Platform). The Controller must only use processors that are GDPR compliant. LensAI developed its own internal protocols to anonymize user data in a way that is useful for Advertisers and safe for users. For example, if the updated SDK's of LensAI Advertising Exchange Partners receive a ping that a user declined consent, they automatically anonymize Device ID and/or IP Addresses before the ad request goes to LensAI, thus making sure that no personal information is collected for analysis. Additionally, LensAI Partners (Advertising Exchanges, Publishers, Advertisers) will inform LensAI that the user declined consent as required under GDPR and declined to see targeted ads on the app or website.

Your EU Data Subject Rights

In operating the Site and Network, LensAI processes data as a controller. As a controller, LensAI is committed to fulfill data subjects' ("Users") GDPR rights. As a resident of the EU, you have a right to:
  • Access the data that LensAI collects and stores about you. LensAI may request to confirm your identity. If your data is not accurate, complete or updated, you may provide an update.

  • Request to delete or restrict access to your personal information. LensAI may delay or deny your request if your personal information is currently used for providing the Services or for any other legitimate purposes, such as compliance with LensAI Policies.
If you exercise one (or more) of the above-mentioned rights, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, you may request to be informed that third parties holding your personal information will act in accordance with this Policy.
  • You may ask to retrieve your personal information in accordance with your right to data transfer.
